As a native Floridian, even though I spent several years traveling the country as a flight attendant, I knew that Florida was my home. I have always enjoyed being there for people as they journey for change, and as a counselor, I aim to make you feel heard in a safe and welcoming environment, where we can foster a relationship in resilience, understanding, and growth.

Biography
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, leading to work in personal training and pilates instruction. After spending years working alongside people who don’t know where to start within their journey for change, I’ve noticed just being there for them makes a difference. This passion led me to start a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which I am currently pursuing.
NOTE: Hannah Bridges is acquiring the clinical hours required to complete a mental health counseling degree and is under supervision provided by Ida Holem and Dr. Tabitha Johnson.
