Mekenzi Lewis – Therapist in Jacksonville, FL

I was raised in Ohio, but after spending summers visiting family in St. Augustine, Florida I decided this was the place I wanted to make my home. I have always had a passion for helping support those in need, and am delighted to be able to provide that space for clients at Family Therapy Associates.

Biography
I have followed my dream of helping others through volunteering with those with special needs and working with individuals struggling with addiction. These positions were integral in developing an understanding of people with various backgrounds and how best to support them.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Bowling Green State University and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University. I am excited to expand my knowledge on how to help others through the struggles and obstacles that they face.
NOTE: Mekenzi Lewis is acquiring the clinical hours required to complete a mental health counseling degree and is under supervision provided by Ida Holem and Dr. Tabitha Johnson.
