Adriana Smith – Therapist in Jacksonville, FL

Hi! I’m Adriana Smith. Although I spent my childhood in Washington, DC and Pennsylvania, once an adult it didn’t take long before I grew tired of the snow and relocated to sunny Florida. I’m thrilled to be living in beautiful Jacksonville, Florida.
Having grown up in a family with many members serving in our armed forces I hold a special place in my heart for veterans, first responders, and law enforcement. I have seen first hand how a safe, judgement-free space can provide healing to those carrying many versions of traumatic memories.
I am passionate about helping others become better versions of themselves and love celebrating even the smallest milestones on the way to success. I believe that each individual has value, and that includes you! I am excited to work and collaborate with you, to help you experience positive change in your life and relationships.
Who I can help
Individuals: If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, boundaries, assertiveness, relationship problems, identity, work/life balance, infidelity, trauma such as emotional, physical or sexual abuse, or first responder/military trauma, I can help you find healing.
Couples: Are you struggling to connect? I can help you find better ways to communicate, fight fair, and feel more romance and passion again. If emotional or physical infidelity occurred, I can help you work together to recover and heal yourselves and the relationship. I can also help you create a firm foundation for relationship success with premarital counseling.
I am so excited to be part of the amazing team at Family Therapy Associates of Jacksonville and even more excited to help you and your relationships.
