Who I can help
Individuals: If you’re struggling with obstacles and barriers to mental, physical, and spiritual wholeness, I can help. If you’re feeling depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed with life’s challenges, you don’t have to continue feeling this way. Life can be better.
Women: Do struggle with self-worth? Are you overwhelmed by society’s unrealistic standards? I can help you explore your feelings, learn to value and appreciate yourself for who you are (all of you) and rewrite your story.
Couples: Newly engaged? or married for years? I can help you with communication and conflict resolution skills that are vital for a healthy marriage. If you’re struggling with emotional or physical intimacy, I can help you feel reconnected.
Caregivers: Are you struggling with caregiver burnout? Are you in need of some self-care? I can help you make a plan so that you feel empowered to care for yourself as you’re caring for your loved one.
Bereaved: If you’ve experienced a loss, I am here to support and provide a caring presence during this difficult time. Enjoy a safe, supportive space for you to grieve and heal.
I am excited to help you achieve health and happiness in your relationships. If you’re ready to see improvement in your relationships and wellbeing, I’d love to work with you. I provide a safe and welcoming environment for you to experience growth, acceptance, and healing. In addition, I can incorporate Christian faith-based counseling into our work together if desired.
