Hi, my name is Mallory Fuller! I was born here in Jacksonville however, I moved up and down the east coast growing up as my father was in the Navy. I have had the wonderful experience of living in the beautiful states of Maine, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Virginia. After my parents’ divorce during my adolescence, my mother, siblings and I returned home to sunny Jacksonville, Florida. I have stayed here since and am very excited to be a part of the Family Therapy Associates team!
Throughout my upbringing, I gravitated toward helping others. I always looked forward to and enjoyed volunteering with my church at local food pantries, homeless shelters, and organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. Aside from volunteer opportunities, I offered my support and listening ear to numerous individuals in my life. My desire to become a therapist bloomed from a specific incident where I aided a close friend throughout a difficult time in their life. Later on, they expressed the positive impact my help had on them. It’s been my dream has been to pursue a path in helping others ever since that moment. Our journey through life is ever-changing with many trials and tribulations. I aim to help you through these challenges to experience the healthiest and most fulfilling life possible.

Biography
I attended the University of North Florida and graduated with two Bachelor’s degrees; one in Psychology and one in Criminal Justice. Throughout my undergraduate career, I had the opportunity to intern at a local domestic violence shelter. During my time there, I worked with individuals in crisis through empowerment-based interventions, victim advocacy, and providing workshops on financial literacy.
As continuing my education in the helping field has been an aspiration of mine, I went straight to pursuing this path. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University, and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida (MH25058). I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern (IMH23526) with the state of Florida, accruing hours toward full licensure. I am a current member of the National Counseling Honor Society and the American Counseling Association (ACA).
In addition, I am a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH 3773) and able to provide both phone and video-based sessions to my clients.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, going to the beach and collecting seashells, running, and spending time with family and friends.
